SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping:

Shipping is free on all orders, over $100. Orders will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible, usually within 2 business days. Custom orders will be handled on a individual bias. Due to COVID all shipping companies have informed us that there are shipping delays out of their control and ours.

Returns:

Returning an item is easy with our Postmarked Within seven Days Return policy.

Our seven-day, hassel free Returns Policy is just one of the ways we're working towards creating the most amazing shopping experience on the internet. As jewelry lovers we get it. Sometimes a piece you ordered doesn't work out the way you imagined. If you're not head over heals in love with an item in your KP Designs for U order, you have seven days from the date you received your order to initiate a return shipment.

Items must be returned in original condition with tags attached, and post marked shipped by the seventh day from you receiving your item. If 7 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund. All returns require pre-authorization. Any items returned without pre-authorization will not be eligible for refund. Please email us @kpdesignsforu@gmail.com to receive an email from us with a Returns Authorization # and a return shipping address.

DAMAGES: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted make a separate purchase for the new item.

ALL SALE ITEMS AND BESPOOKE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE, and cannot be returned.

Return eligibility is at the discretion of Customer Service management team. KP Designs reserves the right to deny refund, If the merchandise does not meet our requirements. Items that are not eligible for refund will be refused and returned to sender. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returning Online Orders by Mail:

Securely pack and seal return merchandise along with you order receipt. Returns must be shipped prepaid with the carrier of your choice. Be sure to keep a record of your tracking number for your reference, and we recommend you to pay for shipping insurance. Lost or damaged items being returned in the mail are not KP Designs for U liability.

Provided the return is eligible, the refund will be processed within seven business days of receipt to the original form of payment depending on the credit card company or bank issuing, it may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your statement.
